How do I get started with the online fitness programs?

Getting started is easy! Simply sign up on our website and choose the program that fits your needs.

Is the menopause coaching suitable for all women over 40?

Yes, our menopause coaching is designed to support all women over 40, whether you're experiencing mild symptoms or seeking hormone balance.

Please note that we are not medical professionals and are unable to diagnose specific diseases or illnesses and should you be experiencing symptoms that are concerning you, please seek medical advice.

We work together with any medical professional advice to ensure you are getting the most out of life as you go through menopause.

Why do the 12 week challenge?

The challenge is for anyone who has been feeling out of sorts with like lately.  Maybe you haven't ever exercised before have noticed the weight and stress of peri menopause creep into you life, or maybe you have been away from exercise for a while.

The different stages of the program allow you to ease back into it and ensure it's sustainable going forward.

Anyone looking to lose weight, tone up and get fitter both in mind and body.

It is also for anyone looking to increase their energy levels, gain confidence and feel better from the inside out. This will help you to establish a healthy routine which you can adapt to your life, for lasting results.

Is the challenge a fixed schedule?

The first 2 weeks of each month run on a Live virtual schedule for those who are able to attend.  If you are unable to attend the Live sessions, they are uploaded to the program page for you to access at a time that suits you.

How is this 12 week challenge different to other challenges?

This challenge will be tried and tested by myself each time it is offered.  I will be there doing the challenge with you, cheering you on and ensuring that it works for you, because it works for me!

Because we focus on gradually increasing your exercise over the course of a month, you are more likely to continue on with the workouts after the course is complete.

The program introduces nutritious, easy to prepare food so you will be fueling your body and mind with goodness at the same time.

I'm not interested in getting nutrition coaching, can I do the program without it?

The program is a wholistic program and the nutrition component is part of the program.

If that does not interest you, you can join as a monthly member where you can access the weekly classes that are uploaded.
